Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • “Service” refers to the Website, PlayerScout services, fitness app or the course platform where students learn, any downloadable information, resources or advice given

  • “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • “Website” refers to all URLs and subdomains relating to the following: playerscout.co.uk, playerscout.mykajabi.com, www.thepsacademy.com

 

No Refund Policy
Our digital products have stated ‘no refund policy’. This means that the digital product is not eligible for a refund, because once you buy you are given immediate access to consume the content, and are therefore deemed to have used the product. We are however very confident that the advice given is reliable, and that you can get the desired result from using our content if followed correctly.

This includes discontinued and discounted products.

This policy applies to but is not limited to:

  • Player Mindset Program
  • Player Nutrition System
  • Game Day Fuel Plan
  • How To Get Scouted Course
  • Fitness Lab
  • All Fitness App programs

Digital Goods
Digital goods refer to any product bought and received virtually, including but not limited to online courses. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or downtime accessing your goods and do not offer refunds based upon accessibility issues with the user or downtime as a result of poor platform performance.

This includes but is not limited to: online courses and fitness training programs in the PlayerScout Fitness Training Academy App, videos, audios, PDFs and consumable content online.

PS Training Academy App
PlayerScout or PS Training Academy App membership fees are pre-paid in full on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, and are non-refundable once paid. If you wish to cancel your participation in the PlayerScout or PS Training Academy, you may cancel at any time before your Paid Membership renewal date by visiting your account within the app or contacting us directly by sending an email to [email protected].

The Complete Player 365
The Complete Player 365 program is an exception to the rule. offers a 7 day refund policy. Within this the client has up until the 7th day of purchase at midnight to email us and request a refund. They will not need to give evidence of work or any proof. They simply get a full refund from the payment method made.

 

All Sales Are Final

We’re committed to providing high-quality digital products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the content (via download, streaming, login credentials, or any form of delivery), we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

  • Digital content is immediately accessible and cannot be returned.

  • Granting refunds after access is delivered would expose us to misuse and piracy.

  • This policy ensures fairness to all customers and protects the sustainability of our business.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We take unauthorized disputes seriously. If you believe your payment was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us first at [email protected]. We’re happy to resolve any issue fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access to future products.

Access Issues or Product Problems

If you're experiencing technical difficulties or if you did not receive your product properly, please reach out within 7 days of purchase so we can help. We’re committed to delivering what you paid for.
